Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation by Patients

Patients can cancel their appointments through the platform or by contacting customer support.

2. Appointment Cancellation by Doctors

If a doctor cancels the appointment, patients may reschedule or receive a full refund. We will notify the patient as soon as possible and assist with rescheduling.

3. No-Show Policy

If a patient fails to attend an appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee may not be refunded. Exceptions may apply in emergencies.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Service-Specific Refunds

Some services (e.g., tests or physical products) may have different terms. These will be clearly outlined before purchase.
